I think we are different than most companies and maple producers because maple is full time for us. We see it from the tree, to the syrup barrel, through processing, quality control, packaging, sales and marketing, to distribution and retail.
- 1/3 cup Grade B maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Maple, cider, or rice wine vinegar
- 4 large Portabella mushrooms
We’re often asked whether any maple tree of sufficient girth can be tapped for syrup production. The answer is yes….and no.
We have expanded our Vermont Family Heritage line of organic syrups to offer more grade and size options for those who prefer all organic products.
What is Pure Maple Syrup?
Pure maple syrup is a natural, essentially wild crafted product made by boiling down the sap of maple tree. No additives or preservatives are used.
