|Maple Marinated Portabella Mushrooms|
Mix maple syrup, soy sauce and vinegar. Remove and discard gills from the portabella mushrooms. Marinate portabella caps in mixture for 1 to 6 hours. Grill at medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, basting with remaining marinade as necessary. Serve on a roll or over a salad.
