Maple Facts

A single maple tree of tapable size can produce enough sap to make from 1 quart to ½ gallon of maple syrup a season.
Maple Salad Dressing
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. Maple, cider or rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup maple sugar
Pour a little olive oil in a wooden bowl, rub garlic clove into the bowl. Combine oil and vinegar and mix. Sprinkle maple sugar into mixture and stir together. Place salad goodies and veggies into bowl, add dressing and toss. Grind fresh pepper over salad.
