We have been making syrup for nearly 40 years and have used and experienced almost every technology ever involved in making syrup. David grew up visiting maple producers with his father and now enjoys doing so today, as part of his job to verify that what we buy comes with the quality, safety and pride we embrace in our own operation.

Our QC process

stacksFrom our experience we know what makes good maple syrup and flavor. We know that not everything that goes into maple quality is controllable by us, but we also know from production to packaging how to make the most of what Mother Nature provides. Now, we have an added emphasis on safety in everything we do. Maple syrup is inherently very safe, but we are vigilant about allergens, foreign material, packaging quality, process control, and documentation. All of this is assured and verified by a dedicated staff and a graduate educated Quality Assurance Director.

We know maple because we make it, we process it, we eat it and we like it. Our house without maple syrup would be hard to imagine.
