From our experience we know what makes good maple syrup and flavor. We know that not everything that goes into maple quality is controllable by us, but we also know from production to packaging how to make the most of what Mother Nature provides. Now, we have an added emphasis on safety in everything we do. Maple syrup is inherently very safe, but we are vigilant about allergens, foreign material, packaging quality, process control, and documentation. All of this is assured and verified by a dedicated staff and a graduate educated Quality Assurance Director.
We know maple because we make it, we process it, we eat it and we like it. Our house without maple syrup would be hard to imagine.
