Butternut Mountain Farm is a preferred supplier of pure maple syrup to premier companies around the world. Butternut Mountain Farm’s reputation is built around delivering to those customers a combination of extraordinary service, quality products and fair prices.

We source our syrup from our own farm and that of farms in Vermont, Maine, New York, Quebec and New Brunswick. Our processing facility is located in Morrisville, Vermont and nearly all of the syrup that Butternut Mountain Farm processes is received in the spring to ensure adequate supply throughout the year. Syrup is kept in bulk drums until it is processed.

Our quality is monitored closely by a dedicated staff and by outside auditors. Flavor checks are preformed at the time of receipt, batching, blending and packaging to provide for a consistently high quality product. Butternut Mountain farm has proudly achieved SQF 2000 certification. Butternut Mountain Farm products are kosher and Butternut Mountain Farm also process and packages certified organic maple syrup.

Butternut Mountain Farm’s maple syrup receiving program allows for traceability of all syrup from farm to finished product. Upon receipt each drum is given a unique identifier that is used to identify and verify the barrel throughout processing.
